Slcorp or Keystone Securities a fraud

Hi,

Do not deal with a company that use Slcorp or any similar usernames - they will also contact you as Keystone securities from the USA.

This fraudster register an account, goes through the whole verification process and send payment via Paypal - then do a chargeback as soon as they sent their text. They also accept and sign the anti-spam agreement and then spam the routes. In January 2013 they used a web site http://www.stlcorp.org/ne/uk/index.php which was some lotto site - I noted that it has been taken down. When clients use Paypal we require photo identification and they sign our electronic processing form but with Paypal the money is immediately returned regardless of the evidence you submit as they see text / SMS as digital goods and you do not qualify for their seller protection. The required photo identification has been provided and the form signed which did not send red flags up with us. As a result of this we are considering removing paypal as a payment method. This type of fraud seems to be on the increase.

When we contacted the client and advised that their account has been blocked due to a spam alert, they claimed that they went to work and when they returned home they had no credit left in their account. Our logs indicate that the same IP addresses have been used as during registration and the client did not follow our advice to change their password in the system once we allocated the account.

Anyway, please look out for this - upon investigation we noted that the 5 test credits we initially issued was used to Nigerian numbers - what worries me is that these guys nowadays have photo identification of people in the USA so most likely identity theft involved as well. One would never know, I guess.......
