of Gian - sent proof of payment without funds arriving in the bank
account. This leads us to believe that they provide false proof of
payments. Full statement of 5 years has been drawn and presented to
client requesting an explanation or settlement of the outstanding
amounts. We received an excuse that banks have been changed but after
that no communication for 3 months. Please look out for this Italian
and it is advisable to make sure funds arrive in your account before
allocating credits. We are still willing to resolve issues and clear
this complaint if he settles the outstanding payments or at least
communicate with us. After 3 months of non communication from their
side we can only assume that they are not willing to resolve this issue.
