Please avoid Yahia Khurdi from Syria. He does the same thing where he gives you a route to test and the moment you buy they either block the route or it just does not work.
Lots of apologies excuses and aparently they are constantly upgrading their server but the bottom line is that even though they agree to give money back, they do not refund and 2 or 3 months later you still cannot use your credits.
When you phone he is never available.

Web sites to avoid is tartous-sms.com and ciedco-sms.com - they offer reseller deals etc. but I am afraid that if anybody should get the service we got from Syria they are in to loose a lot of money.
