This blog has been created by a team of resellers in the SMS industry that have been exposed to fraud or have been warned not to deal with certain brokers, resellers, individuals.
We all have been part of the text messaging industry for 9-10 years or more. We work very hard at our businesses and feel strongly that there should some sort of sounding board where anybody could freely voice their warnings.
We understand that we all face harsh economic times and that business is not easy, but that gives nobody the right to offer services and once they get payment, seemingly disappear from the scene, do not respond to phone calls, block their clients on messengers, do not answer emails and even go as far as change their email addresses.
When you legally pursue these elements you achieve nothing as it seems as if they know that it will cost you more in legal fees to try and recover your funds than the actual amount they stole from you.
So we invite all honest people in the SMS industry that have been defrauded in one way or another to use this blog as a sounding board to warn other honest companies of these "elements" that now seem to target the SMS industry.
This blog is open for all to comment and if you are a supplier that face such an accusation you also have the opportunity here to state your side of the case as we are very aware that there is normally two sides to each story.
If we all work together and warn each other of fraudsters we may be able to keep the SMS industry free of these people that enter it for a quick buck.
This is not just a complaints blog but also a blog where you can share your good experiences and hopefully we can start a "white list" of SMS suppliers and a "black list" of SMS suppliers.
